LT Designs – Color Design Studio was established in 2003 by Leslie Tippell, a specialist in full project exterior/interior color designs for commercial and residential builders and developers. In addition, LT Designs provides services for architects, property managers, private individuals and is well versed in the design-review process.

More and more, "curb appeal" of a home or community is directly influencing today's discerning homebuyer and commercial tenants as they increasingly recognize both its impact on their property value and need for individuality. Many builders have made it a benchmark issue and have fully integrated the highly specialized process of color and merchandising into their marketing plan.
