Mr. Gordon Tippell, our Non-Executive Chairman, is also the President of G.E. Tippell, Inc., an International consulting company whose main area of expertise is residential development. The former Chairman of Taylor Woodrow's Housing Operations in the United States, Mr. Tippell is also a Director of Courage Safety Systems, LLC, a company specializing in safety management and risk control in the construction industry.

After studying Civil Engineering at London University, Tippell has gained over 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry, having worked for a variety of civil engineering consultants and contractors in Great Britain before transferring to the United States in 1977.

Mr. Tippell was responsible for setting up Taylor Woodrow Homes' operations in Californaia and went on to direct all of the company's U.S. housing operations, in California, Nevada and Florida.
